WORKFORCE EQUITY & ADVANCEMENT

The BAHC is committed to leveraging the platform of mega-sporting events to build the Bay Area workforce’s capacity to secure family-supporting jobs, and connect local businesses to opportunities across the Bay.

BRIDGE TO WORK

The Bay Area Host Committee and Tipping Point have launched the Bridge to Work program to empower underserved communities through workforce development. By connecting participants to employment opportunities at major Bay Area events and providing comprehensive career support, the initiative fosters stable and quality job pathways for those facing workforce barriers.

TEAMMATE PROGRAM

The Super Bowl LX Teammate Program is a paid workforce opportunity for locals to welcome guests and support events across the Bay Area as we host the big game.

SUPER BOWL LX LOCAL SUPPLIERS

NFL Source is a procurement program that seeks to increase and standardize how the League and Clubs do business with local and underrepresented businesses.

For the League, it’s an opportunity to be exposed to more partners, infuse more creativity into the business, and continue to innovate all aspects of the game.

For our fans, it showcases the NFL’s commitment to further the economic prosperity of the communities we serve and celebrate.
