Bridge to Work reimagines how mega-sporting events can establish pathways to stable, quality jobs for the local Bay Area community.

The groundbreaking workforce development program aims to provide ongoing training and support to create a defined roadmap to stable employment for participants across NBA All-Star 2025, Super Bowl LX, and FIFA World Cup 26™. To date, 250+ Bridge to Work participants have earned over $90K collectively from temporary mega-event positions and hundreds are completing advancement pathways towards family-supporting careers.
