How To Use Templates

Interested in Hosting a FIFA Public Viewing Event?

Anyone showing a World Cup match outside of a private dwelling must adhere to FIFA broadcasting and trademark regulations. FIFA has 2 categories of non-commercial public viewing events:

Events with 1,000+ attendees:

  • FIFA Public Viewing License required. Please click the link below to apply.

  • Free of charge to attend (no direct of indirect admission fees)

  • No Sponsorships allowed

  • No FIFA IP allowed

  • Typically includes events hosted by universities, cities, cultural groups

Events with less than 1,000 attendees:

  • Does not require a separate FIFA license

  • Free of charge to attend (no direct of indirect admission fees)

  • No Sponsorships allowed

  • No FIFA IP allowed

  • Typically includes events hosted by bars, restaurants, hotels
