Anyone showing a World Cup match outside of a private dwelling must adhere to FIFA broadcasting and trademark regulations. FIFA has 2 categories of non-commercial public viewing events:

Events with 1,000+ attendees:

FIFA Public Viewing License required. Please click the link below to apply.
Free of charge to attend (no direct of indirect admission fees)
No Sponsorships allowed
No FIFA IP allowed
Typically includes events hosted by universities, cities, cultural groups
