As Regional President for PNC Bank in Northern California, Megan plays a pivotal role in business development initiatives, partnerships, fostering strong client relationships across Northern California’s fast-paced industries including technology, healthcare, real estate, non-profit, small business. She also spearheads impactful philanthropic initiatives across Northern California communities.
Megan has a proven track record of building strong, positive work cultures with high-performing collaborative teams that consistently exceed expectations. Her deep understanding of Corporate Banking and a drive to challenge the status quo, continues to redefine the way Megan approaches her work.
Megan takes an active role in the community and serves on the boards of the Children’s Discovery Museum of San Jose, Santa Clara University Ciocca Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Advisory Board, and the Bay Area Council, also serving as Co-Chair of How Women Lead’s #GetOnBoardWeek. Through these organizations Megan is helping to shape and provide resources for the educational foundation of Northern California’s youth and their families, the economic landscape of the region, entrepreneurs, and women leaders looking to advocate for each other and take the next step in their career journey. Megan holds a B.S. in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and an MBA from Santa Clara University. She draws daily inspiration from her personal experience as a working mother of two young children, fueling her passion to help create a world where women seize control of their financial futures shaping a brighter future for all.
