Her cross-industry experience spans sports, music, entertainment, tech, e-commerce, marketplaces, retail, betting, health & wellness, sustainability & more. She’s worked for notable brands like StubHub, eBay, & Zenni along with two chapters running her independent consultant business. Her consulting portfolio includes dynamic clients such as FanDuel, WynnBet, Gametime, Noise Pop Industries, OneTeam Partners, and many more.
Most recently, Gabby was engaged as strategic advisor, consultant and fractional executive, earning the trust of a diverse range of brands, properties and agencies - from early start-ups to top tier tech firms. In her bespoke consultant role, she’s had a successful track record of driving strategic planning, leading teams, accelerating high priority initiatives, and driving business performance forward.
Between consulting roles, Gabby served as the Head of Sports & Entertainment Partnerships at eyewear brand Zenni, where she optimized their emerging partnerships portfolio. Gabby implemented data-driven methodologies and strategic frameworks, resulting in high impact collaborations - including the brand’s entry into soccer with the 2023 MLS Champions, Columbus Crew, as well as various other sports, entertainment and talent endorsement deals.
From 2005 to 2018, Gabby worked at secondary ticket market leader, StubHub, growing the brand and its portfolio of partners across North America and Europe that drove over $1.3B in annual revenue. She played a key role expanding StubHub’s marketing & technology partnerships from 10 to over 180 - managing relationships across MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL, NCAA, EPL as well as a roster of venues, music artists, major ticketing companies and more - including the naming rights of LA’s StubHub Center in 2012, an industry first in ticketing. During her thirteen years, Gabby oversaw sports, music, and ticketing partnerships, contributing to the company’s acquisition by eBay and its revenue growth from $100 million to $4.5 billion during that period.
A nearly three-decade resident of the Bay Area, Gabby earned her bachelor’s degree from Stanford University, where she played lacrosse, and later received her MA in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco. She is a firm believer that relationships are the most important currency in business and that thoughtful, collaborative planning paired with integrity, is the key to creating success and lasting impact.
Born in Mexico City and raised outside Philadelphia, Gabby is passionate about brand building, social good, sustainability and mentoring. She loves to talk about Philly and Bay Area sports and lives in Oakland, California with her husband, Andres, and their two boys, Ellis and Nico. When she’s not working or attending her kids’ sporting activities, you can find her on the pickleball court!
