Courtney Ksiazek
Director, Partnerships & Client Serivices
Courtney Ksiazek is a partnership expert who has spent a decade activating partnerships for sports team. As the Director of Partnerships and Client Services, she manages relationships with current corporate partners of the Bay Area Host Committee as well as brings to life all elements of the partnerships. For nearly five years, she most recently worked as the Senior Director, Partnership Marketing at Angel City Football Club, the 2022 National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) expansion club in Los Angeles. Courtney oversaw partnership strategy and partnership activation of the club’s corporate partnerships. This included pioneering the implementation of the Angel City Sponsorship Model where 10% of all partnership funds are reallocated to community programs across LA. In less than three years Courtney helped build programs that brought over $2,500,000 back into the LA community because of ACFC partners. These programs also positively impacted over 149,000 Angelenos.
Courtney has help past roles at the United States Soccer Federation (U.S. Soccer) where she was working on national and global partnership activation as well as the San Jose Earthquakes in Major League Soccer (MLS), where she oversaw the partnership activation team.
Courtney is a student-athlete at heart and is an Alumna of Northern Illinois University where she was a Division I soccer player. She also holds a master’s degree in Sports Administration from Ohio University.
Outside the office you can find Courtney on a long morning run, trying new restaurants around the Bay, attempting to grow a small garden, and usually watching some sort of soccer game.
